As you might be able to see I am doing my best to revive my blog and I me and Kate are busy watching “No country for old men”. Interesting so far …
On the life side of things, its been a crazy couple of months, last year we sold our small start-up to a company out in Utah. It was a great learning experience. Now that tax season is here you start wishing you had a done a couple things a little differently.
After getting the deal wrapped up I started work on preparing for a SAP implementation at our company. It was a rough 5 month period, 70 hour work weeks and politics but I learned a huge amount about business in general and SAP.
A trip to Aruba for a week and the another week with Michael and Lauren during Christmas was a welcomed break from the hard work.
The go-live on Jan 1st was really successful, on time and within budget which is more often than not the case.
Since then we have had a couple snow storms and found out that Kate is pregnant which we are really stoked about.
I have recently stated work on another project which I will share more about later and possibly add a link to the site.
Well enough rambling. See you on the flip side.
